Scholarships

Stradford International College offers a variety of scholarships and fellowships designed to help you and your family pay for university. Scholarships and grants are types of gift aid that do not have to be repaid. They may take the form of University scholarships, federal or state grants, or outside scholarships.

Scholarships Sources

SIC's Scholarships

Various scholarships are available based on merits or distinctions achieved by the students in the qualifying programs as well as for similar achievements in the final semester exams of the on going programs.

Scholarships are also offered to B40 students based on their financial needs and the academic achievements.

Federal Grant Programs

Scholarships/Sponsorships are offered and disbursed by the federal government through various government agencies. From time to time, the college announce through the website on the various scholarships/sponsorships available.

State Scholarships

Scholarships/Sponsorships are offered for various programs by the state government for the students from the Penang state. Students who are interested in applying for such scholarships or study loans can approach the college office for more details.

Requirements

Inorder to apply for Stradford International College Scholarship, the student must apply for:

You are a full-time student (at least 12 points).
You applied for financial aid on time.
You are meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards.
You have approximately the same amount of financial need that you had in prior years.
